Dear CCS Faculty, Staff, Families, and Greater Community,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our CCS Board of Directors remains committed to maintaining a smooth transition in keeping the<\/span> formation and learning of students without disruption. Since Mr. Warzecha’s resignation, the Executive<\/span> Committee has partnered with Casey Breen of Escale Advisors and has established a Transitional<\/span> Leadership Team.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please join our team in thanking Scott for his years of leadership and service, as his guidance has made a<\/span> strong impact on our system. We pray for God’s continued blessings for him and his family and wish<\/span> him only the best in his new adventure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our role as the Transitional Leadership Team is to continue to move forward, as there is no time to lose<\/span> momentum. We will assist the Board in setting direction, establishing culture, and aligning the<\/span> organization towards a common purpose. We will be working together to set priorities and ensure that<\/span> everyone is working towards the same goals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We will not be making decisions in isolation; our primary charge will be \u201cair traffic control\u201d of any<\/span> issues in the coming months and prioritizing the issues that will need to be addressed to prepare CCS to<\/span> go to market for its next leader.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The formation of our team does not change any of the current management teams. The Principals Team<\/span> and the Central Office Team will continue to meet and operate as they have been.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As we navigate through this transition period, we welcome your prayers and thank you for your support<\/span> as we continue to live out the mission of Catholic Community Schools.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
