We are excited that you are interested in being part of our team. Our team is comprised of athletes from Cathedral and Sartell High School.

Practices take place at the Sartell Middle School.

The ski coaching staff believes that skiing should not be first in your life. Faith, family, self and school are far more important than skiing. Having fun and being part of the ski team is more important than winning. The process is greater than the outcome. Having said that, setting a goal to achieve success and winning is a chance to challenge oneself and to learn more about what it takes to become successful. There should be room for any student to participate. Everyone needs coaching, yet, the attention one receives should be proportional to the effort they put in, not their ability or level they race at. The success of our team is based on the newest and youngest skiers.

Items needed for skiing: skies (classical and skate), boots, poles, synthetic clothing, wax and waxing equipment. Optional: rollerblades and a helmet.

Athletes must register for Nordic Skiing. There is a $225 fee.

If you have questions about Nordic Skiing, please contact Head Coach Joe Teff.
